At ANTIQUESSIA, we offer carefully selected antiques, vintage objects, artworks, and decorative pieces. Due to the unique, pre-owned, and often irreplaceable nature of our collection, all sales are considered final, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
ANTIQUESSIA does not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, suitability, size, colour variation, or a customer deciding that an item is no longer wanted after purchase.
Customers are therefore encouraged to review all photographs, descriptions, dimensions and available condition information carefully before confirming a purchase.
2. Antique & Vintage Condition
Our collection includes antique, vintage, pre-owned and handmade items. Such pieces may naturally show signs of age, use, patina, wear, minor imperfections, previous restoration or other characteristics consistent with their history.
These characteristics are part of the nature and individuality of antique and vintage objects and, when disclosed or reasonably visible in the description or photographs, are not considered grounds for return or refund.
Customers are welcome to request additional photographs, measurements or condition information before purchasing an item.
3. Descriptions & Measurements
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, photographs and measurements.
Dates, origins, makers, artists, materials and attributions may sometimes be approximate or based on available markings, documentation, specialist references or reasonable assessment.
Minor variations in measurements, colour or appearance may occur and do not by themselves constitute grounds for return.
4. Damage During Delivery
If an item arrives with significant damage that was not present or disclosed before shipment, the customer should contact ANTIQUESSIA as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and provide clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping materials.
The matter will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the shipment, packaging, insurance arrangements and applicable rights.
Customers should retain all original packaging until the matter has been reviewed.
5. Incorrect or Materially Misdescribed Items
If an item received is materially different from the item agreed upon or there is an issue that gives rise to a mandatory right under applicable law, please contact ANTIQUESSIA promptly.
Nothing in this Refund & Returns Policy excludes or restricts any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
6. Approved Returns
Where a return is expressly approved by ANTIQUESSIA or required under applicable law, instructions regarding return shipping, packaging and any applicable arrangements will be provided directly to the customer.
Do not return items without prior communication and return instructions from ANTIQUESSIA.
7. Shipping, Customs & Related Charges
Original shipping, insurance, customs duties, import taxes and other third-party charges are not refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise.
